5” Fruit Christmas Cakes (variety of designs to choose from)  £40.

(Christmas cakes are baked and decorated in multiple quantities at one time with limited design choices and therefore I am able to make them cheaper than my bespoke celebration fruit cakes.)

Cupcakes and Biscuits:

Prices start from £2.50 per cupcake and are sold in boxes of 2, 4, 6 and 12.

Individual single cupcakes in gift boxes (e.g. favours, children’s party gifts) start from £3 each.

Minimum of 6 cupcakes required per order.

Giant sponge cupcake – prices start from £75.

Decorated iced biscuits start from £3.00 each. Minimum of 10 biscuits required per order.

Hire of 7 tier cupcake stand to hold up to 85 cupcakes: £20 plus £50 cash returnable deposit.

Hire of cupcake carousel to hold 8 cupcakes (9 carousels plus a smaller carousel are available): £3 per carousel plus £10 cash returnable deposit per carousel.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note that all prices shown are to be used as a guide only. Cakes will be quoted individually depending on what is required.

A 50% deposit for all cake orders is usually requested upon booking, which is non-returnable. I can accept cash, cheque or online bank transfer. The balance must be paid in cash upon collection of the finished cake, or, if you wish to pay the balance online, this must be done prior to collection.  For wedding cakes or large orders, the balance must be paid 7 days prior to the collection date (or delivery date if delivery has been arranged).

Some tiered or delicate cake designs require assembly at the venue as they cannot be transported as a whole cake. Should this apply to your chosen cake design, then there will be a charge for my time and travelling.

Cakes should be transported in a flat position, preferably in the boot of a car. It is not recommended that they are transported on a car seat.

Decorative ribbons around cakes and cake boards may differ slightly depending on availability.

I always ensure that my cakes, together with the decorations, are as secure as can be, ready for transportation. Once a cake has been received I cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur.

A variety of un-iced/undecorated cakes are also available and prices can be given upon request.

In the event of a cancellation, work already completed towards your order may be chargeable.

Every effort will be made to accommodate changes to original orders, but this cannot be guaranteed.

I will always try my best to accommodate cake orders at short notice. However, I am often booked up months in advance so I would advise you to provide me with at least 2-3 months notice. It is never too early to book your cake!

My cakes should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Sponge cakes are at their best when eaten within 2-3 days. Cupcakes are best eaten within 2 days.  Fruit cakes should stay fresh for much longer.  Once a cake has been cut into, the exposed part of the cake needs to be wrapped well in foil or cling film in order to keep it as fresh as possible.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the taste/texture of your cake then the cake must wrapped in cling film immediately and returned to me within 24 hours so that it can be examined by myself.

WEDDING CAKES

2 tier wedding sponge cakes start from £200.
3 tier wedding sponge cakes start from £300.

Individual quotations will be provided once your full requirements have been discussed.  A consultation can be arranged where we can discuss ideas and designs.

Wedding cakes usually take much longer to make than a celebration cake.  For example, the many hours spent making decorations with fine details and also the time spent stacking and levelling the cakes.  Many modern wedding cakes are much taller than a standard cake too, so require multiple layers of cake.  Some cakes, due to their design and size, need to be delivered and then assembled at the venue by myself.  All these factors need to be considered before a final price can be provided.

To be used as a guide only – suggested slice size: 1″ x 1.5″ x 4″ depth.

Those with healthier appetites may prefer larger slices!

My standard sized cakes are approximately 4 inches deep when decorated.

Some cake designs require a deeper cake and should therefore provide more slices.
